Pembelajaran Adab Al-‘Alim wa Al-Muta’allim dalam Peningkatan Karakter Santri

This study aims to identify the learning of the Book of Adab al-'Alim wa al-Muta'allim contributes to improving the character of students at the Raudlatut Tholibin Tanggir Islamic Boarding School. This study uses a field method with a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of the study indicate that learning this book prioritizes improving the character of students through instilling noble moral values, a deep understanding of the contents of the book, and the application of these values ​​in everyday life in the Islamic boarding school environment. Learning strategies include the sorogan, bandongan, and pasar methods, with examples from the ustadz. The implementation of learning the book is carried out through routine religious studies, which contribute to improving the character of students in terms of integrity, empathy, and learning ethics
