Atlanta Field and Beyond
This paper discusses the successful transition from Atlanta Field Early Production System (EPS) to its Full Field Development (FFD) integrating all areas, overviewing its challenges, constraints, and main concepts. Atlanta Field is an ultra-deepwater reservoir located in 1,550 m of water depth, with an active aquifer and a heavy oil reservoir, located 185 kilometers off Brazil’'s coast (Figure 1). The oil density is 14°API and the live viscosity is 12.5cP @ 150°C.
