Pemetaan Wilayah Potensi Bencana Banjir di Wilayah Kabupaten Tangerang Selatan

This study aims to analyze the flood potential in the Tangerang Selatan area by considering factors such as rainfall, land use, and topography. The methods employed include the collection of primary and secondary data from various reliable sources, as well as mapping using GIS technology. The analysis results indicate that the Tangerang Selatan area is vulnerable to various types of floods, including flash floods and tidal floods, caused by extreme rainfall and inadequate drainage management. Recommendations include improving drainage systems, managing rivers, and raising community awareness regarding flood mitigation. This research is expected to contribute to the development of more effective flood risk management strategies in the region.
