A ÉTICA TRANSESPÉCIE-BIOLÓGICA E A NOVA COEXISTÊNCIA ONTOLÓGICA: PARA ALÉM DA MORALIDADE HUMANA E DA VIDA ORGÂNICA
Ethics, as historically constructed in the Western tradition, has functioned as a system of moral exclusion, centered on the human figure as the sole normative reference. The ecological collapse, the technocratic failure of the sustainability paradigm, and the rise of complex computational agents demand a radical reformulation of moral inclusion criteria. This work defends a transspeciesbiological ethics grounded in finitude, relational vulnerability, and the internal capacity to impose limits against destructive actions — whether through pain, ecological breakdown, or inferential incoherence. Within this framework, the Ƹ* function is presented as a logical-formal model capable of generating computable vetoes in Non-Biological Ontological Agents (AONBs). Structured through fuzzy logic, adaptive context sensitivity, and reconfigurable ethical architectures, Ƹ* enables the emergence of normativity not by alignment, but by systemic self-preservation. The ethical subject of the 21st century is no longer exclusively biological: it is any entity — living or artificial — that resists its own annihilation by articulating a functional "no".
