The implementation of this strategy encourages teacher activity, teamwork among students and cooperation from school administrators. Administrators believe that interventions in the form of interactive education, value-based activities and constructive attitude-based activities can reduce internal bullying. The study suggests that character education can be an effective strategic approach in creating a school environment that is safe, inclusive and supportive of students' social-emotional development.
