ALIENAÇÃO PARENTAL: DA CONTEXTUALIZAÇÃO À FORMALIZAÇÃO DA DENÚNCIA
The fragility to prove Parental Alienation, although by force of Law 12.318/2010 and its mechanisms, is visceral with regard to the family as a group and its conflicting reasons on a global scale. The treatment is directly from the channels of complaint and formalization of relevant legal acts, the guarantee of the protected legal asset and good humanitarian practices, originating from the field of psychology, elucidating what is doubtful for all those who are limited by practical results.
