RADIER ESTAQUEADO COMO SOLUÇÃO DE FUNDAÇÃO EM UMA OBRA MULTIFAMILIAR LOCALIZADA NA CIDADE DE MANAUS/AM: ESTUDO DE CASO
Construction plays a fundamental role in the Brazilian economy, being composed of several structural elements, classified as superstructure and infrastructure. In this sense, this article presents the executive process of the stamped radier as a foundation solution for a multifamily work in the city of Manaus/ AM. The objective of this study is to present the executive process of the stamped radier as a foundation solution for a multifamily construction located in the city of Manaus/AM. The methodology adopted is characterized as a case study, with qualitative and descriptive approach, analyzing the stages of execution of this type of foundation. The method used involved the observation and detailed description of the construction phases, including drilling and marking of the piles, concreting of the crowning blocks, levelling and marking of the installations of the piled radier and, finally, its concreting. The results showed that the piled radier offers greater structural stability in low-resistance soils, minimizing differential settlement and providing uniformity in load distribution. In addition, it was found that this solution reduces the time of execution of the foundation and improves the structural safety of the building. However, some challenges were observed, such as the high consumption of concrete and the need for strict technical control during the installation of piles. It is concluded that the piled radier is a viable and efficient alternative for foundations in low-bearing land, being a safe and economically competitive option for multi-family buildings in regions with unstable soils.
