First‐trimester ultrasound markers for prediction of adverse outcome in monochorionic diamniotic twin pregnancy
In MCDA pregnancies, ΔNT ≥ 20% is associated with increased risk of TTTS and composite adverse outcome, and ΔCRL ≥ 10% is associated with increased risk of sIUGR. However, their predictive value is too low to warrant changes in clinical practice. © 2025 International Society of Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
