[Diagnosis and management of orthostatic hypotension in synucleinopathies].
Synucleinopathies are frequently associated with non-motor symptoms such as orthostatic hypotension, which directly impacts patients' quality of life and requires effective management by general practitioners and neurologists. This management involves drug reconciliation, intensification of lifestyle measures, and, in certain cases, the addition of prohypertensive treatments. Emerging therapies are promising for patients who do not respond to conservative management.
