Implementasi Sistem Drip Irrigation Berbasis Internet of Things pada Tanaman Kubis Bunga

Flower cabbage is a horticultural commodity that is widely consumed and in demand by the community, especially in Indonesia. The characteristics of cabbage plants are flowers that do not require a lot of water so that special treatment is needed, especially in the process of irrigation and providing nutrients. The process of irrigation and nutrition in flower cabbage plants is generally still done manually with human labor, so it is not effective in terms of time and water use. To overcome these problems, an IoT-based drip irrigation system was created. The system is equipped using a drip probe that is fed with water and inserted into each polybag of cabbage flower plants. With the drip irrigation method on a scheduled basis and with an average water use of 826 ml for 36 plants, the use of water will be more efficient. The system is equipped with a TDS sensor and a pH sensor to maintain the condition of water and nutrients in the irrigation process. The test results showed that the accuracy of the sensor in measuring pH parameters reached a value of 98.89% and the TDS sensor had an accuracy in measuring TDS parameters reaching 98.75%.
