Construct Validation of Teaching Skills Assessment Tool for Clinical Supervision of Postgraduate Residents
Teaching skills assessment tool has recently been designed on getting inspired with Calgary-Cambridge model to assess teaching / supervisory skills of the faculty. Its content validity and inter-rater reliability were established but one of the challenges was that its usage and application in another educational context was unknown.
