Organizational Culture and Job Satisfaction of Bank Employees in Binh Duong Province, Vietnam: Employees’ Perceptions and Attitudes

In the context of challenging labor market conditions, organizations and enterprises are continuously enhancing their human resource development policies to effectively attract and retain talent. Consequently, factors such as salary levels, organizational culture, and overall employee satisfaction have emerged as critical areas of focus for organizational leadership. This study draws on survey data collected from 500 employees working in commercial banks within Binh Duong Province to investigate employees' perceptions and attitudes toward organizational culture and job satisfaction. The study examines several key dimensions, including working conditions, compensation, collegial respect, supervisory relationships, and opportunities for promotion. Through this analysis, it aims to elucidate the intricate, dialectical relationship between organizational culture and employee job satisfaction. The findings indicate that respect from colleagues exerts the most pronounced influence on job satisfaction among bank employees, while organizational culture is also shown to have a direct effect on both job satisfaction levels and overall employee contentment.
