Axial elongation and the spatial distribution of white and dark without pressure in myopic eyes: insights from ultra-widefield imaging
Axial elongation is significantly correlated with both the occurrence and posterior localization of white and dark without pressure lesions, as well as a higher number of affected sectors in myopic eyes. Ultra-widefield fundus imaging offers a comprehensive perspective on these retinal changes, providing valuable insights into the pathophysiology of white and dark without pressure.
