Peculiarities of managing communications with stakeholders in nature conservation projects within the modern city

The transformation of Ukraine into a new European space and increasing requirements for the level and quality of project approaches to solving environmental problems and environmental protection tasks require effective management of communications between all interested parties and members of project teams at all stages of its life cycle. Of particular interest are environmental protection projects that are implemented in the conditions of a modern city and require the interaction of a large number of stakeholders. The article examines an example of the formation of a communication management model in nature conservation projects in the Holosiivskyi National Nature Park, explores the peculiarities of managing communications with stakeholders in the nature conservation projects of this park, and provides examples of effective communication and cooperation of the Holosiivskyi National Nature Park with stakeholders. A significant number of stakeholders with different interests and motivations, who can speak at joint scientific and technical councils, discussion panels, etc., must be involved in the development and implementation of environmental protection projects and programs. Accordingly, the fulfilment of its tasks by park ecosystems requires the establishment of communications, which directly depends on cooperation with various interested parties. To maximize the potential of the protected area, take into account the interests of all stakeholders and achieve sustainability in the management of the area, it is extremely important to form and maintain high-quality communication. Taking into account the legally determined need to create one of the main founding documents of the object of the Nature Reserve Fund of Ukraine - the Territory Organization Project, there may be a need to develop a specialized management plan for the communication of all stakeholders in order to achieve sustainable goals, taking into account the interests of the parties and obtaining benefits on equal terms. Such a management plan can be formed as a portfolio of implemented projects and a package of projects planned for joint implementation.
