Cost-Effective SPV Integration for Improved Grid Reliability and Sustainable Energy Solutions
The paper has presented research to prove integration of SPV at optimal locations, boost voltage profile, reduce loss of system avoiding congestion in transmission system. The study also highlights that use of SPV (solar photovoltaic) has improved grid stability with low cost achieving great economic benefits. The proposed research has been tested on IEEE57 Bus system with integration of SPV at two optimal locations. The strategic location has been investigated with help of Line Stability Index (Lmn). The combination of two locations has been considered as one study case with constant size of SPV plant. The ETAP software (19.1) has been used to run load flow on different study cases. Integration of SPV at Multiple Location enhances system performance, making it a viable strategy for modern power systems. The strategic installation of SPV systems at optimal locations improves grid efficiency, reduces energy costs, and presents a sustainable solution for meeting future energy demands.
