Ser humano y trabajo: el eslabón abandonado en los procesos de transformación en la administración pública del siglo XXI
This article aims to study the systematic abandonment of administrative reflection on the negative effects of bureaucratization on subjects. The first part explains the intention of the new public management to impose a type of subjectivation articulated to the ethics of the neoliberal subject. The second section vindicates the human factor in administrative science that questions the inhuman effects of bureaucratization. The third part documents the anachronisms present in the management of human affairs in contemporary administrations. Finally, the fourth section discusses the negative effects of new technologies on work.
