Design and implementation of anchor digging machine
Recently, there has been a growing emphasis on the utilization of mechanized equipment that offers high efficiency and performance in the field of engineering. It is widely recognized that the progress and development of the machinery industry are closely intertwined with the improvement of engineering quality and standards. In the fields of power infrastructure construction and mining operations, the realization of automation and intelligent construction is the goal pursued by the current engineering industry. In order to achieve this goal, this paper designs and introduces an intelligent mechanical equipment which can integrate the two functions of anchor digging and drilling. The main components of the equipment are hydraulic propulsion system, hydraulic rock drill, hydraulic digging system and walking system. In order to maintain operation even in the most difficult and harsh environments, the unit is equipped with an anchor drill with hydraulic propulsion technology. In addition, by using a hydraulic rock drill, the equipment can complete drilling requirements in complex terrain and a variety of hard rocks. Through a hydraulic excavation system, it can effectively drill and extract stone or soil to improve its excavation efficiency. Finally, the structure and function of hydraulic propulsion and hydraulic excavation systems are introduced, which can improve the drilling and excavation efficiency and ensure the work quality.
