Design and realization of hexapod bionic transport vehicle
In recent years, transport vehicles are playing an increasingly important role in construction machinery. In the process of power transmission line construction in mountainous or complex ground, the complexity of roads and working conditions requires the design of new mechanical equipment to adapt to changes in the environment. The existent transport equipment can not meet the transport conditions, so the design of a bionic hexapod transport vehicle will realize the transport task in the complex mountain. In this paper, a hexopod bionic transport vehicle applied to complex mountain transmission line materials is proposed. The overall structure of the bionic hexopod transport vehicle is established by using SolidWorks modeling technology, including chassis, power system, hydraulic system, fuel system, bionic leg, bionic arm assembly, electric control system, bucket assembly, frame system and other mechanisms. The characteristics and functions of each module mechanism are introduced. According to the structure and movement characteristics, a hexapod bionic vehicle with transport function is assembled. The bionic vehicle adopts the three-gait walking mode, and realizes the processing and installation of the bionic transport vehicle, and carries out the corresponding test in the field. In the future, this new hexapod bionic transport vehicle can operate in narrow Spaces and cope with complex road and working conditions. The practical application shows that the design scheme can be realized.
