Structural design and analysis for applying WZF400_10-A bionic chassis
In order to ensure the ability of electric power construction equipment to walk together in various complex terrains, a bionic chassis applied to the WZF400_10-A type is designed. The chassis innovatively combines bionic outriggers and tires, making it suitable for fast driving on complex mountain terrain and smooth roads. The bionic outriggers adopt an adjustable articulated design to ensure the stability during walking; The claw-shaped structure at the front end of the outrigger enhances grip and reduces unnecessary friction. The entire chassis is hydraulically driven and operated by a PLC control system, which not only ensures sufficient driving force, but also achieves a high degree of precise control of the chassis. The structural analysis and calculation results show that the design is fully in line with expectations and has good kinematic performance. Compared with the traditional pure wheeled chassis, the WZF400_10-A bionic micro drilling rig chassis has higher strength, more efficient work efficiency and stronger ability to adapt to complex environments, making it an ideal construction equipment bearing platform.
