Research on the construction of a data service platform for major emergencies under the perspective of multi-source heterogeneity
With the continuous development of Internet technology, constructing a data service platform for major emergencies can break the information silo and effectively realize information sharing. By analyzing the relevant studies on the architecture of critical incident platform and domestic service platform, and combining the classification and characteristics of major emergencies, etc., we constructed a framework model of the major emergency data service platform that contains three levels: the data aggregation layer, the data fusion layer and the application service layer. The platform provides referable data resources for emergency management of emergencies by integrating major emergencies-related data from multiple heterogeneous sources, and meets the users’ emergency data needs. By constructing this data service platform, it assists the relevant departments to explore the potential value of major emergencies, so as to make emergency decisions and improve response efficiency.
