Comprehensive quantitative evaluation of security and trustworthiness of trusted CNC system

Nowadays, few studies in the existing literature analyze the comprehensive quantitative evaluation methods for the security and trustworthiness of trusted computer numerical control (CNC) system. By constructing a high-quality, systematic, and complete comprehensive quantitative evaluation system, this paper solves the above problem to a certain extent. Firstly, the factors affecting the security and trustworthiness of trusted CNC system are analyzed based on relevant standards and engineering experience. Then, a framework model (indicator system) for the comprehensive quantitative evaluation of the security and trustworthiness of trusted CNC system is established, including four layers of task layer, quality support layer, criteria layer, and scoring point layer. Furthermore, a combination of expert decision-making and fuzzy mathematics is used to evaluate the security and trustworthiness quality level of trusted CNC system throughout the entire lifecycle. This method avoids the shortcoming of using expert decision-making alone, which violates the fuzzy characteristic of continuous gradient evaluation results, as well as the instability caused by the subjectivity of expert decision-making. The results of case studies show that the proposed method is scientific and effective.

By constructing a high-quality, systematic, and complete comprehensive quantitative evaluation system, this paper solves the above problem to a certain extent.
