Design of batch inspection system for automotive gearbox bearings based on PLC
In order to improve the real-time property, controllability, and accuracy in automotive gearbox bearing vibration testing, a batch vibration detection system was designed and optimized. The overall structure and functions were determined, which can achieve multi-node vibration collection, vibration data processing and calculation, data transmission, and vibration status judgment functions. The PLC master station could be connected to the vibration detection equipment through a bus transmission protocol for on-site configuration. The isolation communication circuit of the bus transceiver module was designed to enhance the anti-interference ability of vibration signal transmission. By using reasonable signal processing techniques, the mechanical spectrum characteristics of rolling bearings can be effectively obtained, providing a basis for fault diagnosis. By preprocessing vibration data, mainly including zero-point correction and low-pass filtering, interference signals can be significantly removed, resulting in higher testing accuracy and reliability.
