Research on hardware-in-the-loop test technology for hybrid vehicle VCUs
Based on the requirements of the hardware-in-the-loop test system for hybrid vehicle VCUs, the open-loop system model and the closed-loop controlled object model were constructed respectively using Simulink. Taking the real hybrid vehicle VCU as the research object, the hardware-in-the-loop test system based on dPSACE was developed with the joint models. The CAN signals test, D-gear creep test and 0-100 km/h acceleration test were conducted to verify the VCU, respectively. The results show that the tested VCU meets the expected design requirements, and VCU test system based on the hardware-in-the-loop can provide support for VCU and vehicle R&D, improve test efficiency, shorten the design cycle, and reduce R&D costs.
