Inductance-capacitance-capacitance compensation circuit-based wireless power transmission

The power transmission with the conductive slip ring is sophisticated and expensive. An inductance-capacitancecapacitance (LCC) compensation circuit is proposed to achieve the wireless power transmission (WPT) for the solar array drive assembly in this paper. Magnetically coupled wireless power transmission technology with the LCC compensation topology is developed with the circuit parameters. The critical parameters and values of the proposed WPT system are achieved. The WPT system output voltage is 35 V and the current is 19 A. The system output efficiency is 89.6% when the output power is 665 W. Simulation results show that the proposed method can satisfy the needs of transmission power with higher transmission efficiency for the commercial aerospace solar array drive assembly.
