Application of computer simulation technology in fluid-solid coupling analysis of mixing equipment
In order to obtain the gas-liquid distribution state and internal flow field characteristics of the mixing equipment, numerical simulation analysis was carried out using the computational fluid dynamics method based on computer simulation technology. The flow field, velocity field, and gas-liquid phase distribution at different times were obtained. When dealing with fluid dynamics problems, the population balance model was added to consider the influence of bubble aggregation and breakup on the internal flow field of the stirring reactor. The iterative calculation was carried out using the multiple reference coordinate system method. The results show that after the gas-liquid phase distribution reaches stability, the overall gas content rate reaches 2.2%. The structure of the combination paddle has a key influence on the flow field distribution characteristics of the gas-liquid phase. The computer simulation scheme based on computational fluid dynamics can obtain the binding and reaction state of the internal medium of the stirring equipment at a lower cost, which has good economic benefits.
