Asphalt identification technology based on infrared spectroscopy and four-component test method
The rapid detection method of asphalt material performance is an urgent detection technology for asphalt pavement construction. There is a correlation between asphalt four-component data and road performance, but the traditional four-component detection method is inefficient, and the four-component data has a strong correlation with asphalt oil source, which can be used to predict the four-component of asphalt by discriminating asphalt oil source. Asphalt infrared spectrum data can identify asphalt oil sources. This method has a fast detection speed but a large amount of detection data. The type of oil source can be judged by 13 obvious characteristic absorption peak parameters of the infrared spectrum. By collecting asphalt materials from different oil sources, a database of asphalt four-component and infrared spectroscopy can be established. Using this method, the asphalt oil source within the database can be quickly identified, and the oil source identification of unknown oil sources can be realized. Using the four-component database, the four-component prediction of asphalt can be realized.
