Simulation analysis of gas-solid characteristics and vibration improvement of marine natural gas depressurization pipelines
Based on the gas-solid coupling characteristics of natural gas distribution pipeline based on SST model and Redlich-Kwong model, For the problem of pipe vibration caused by high-speed gas pressure and velocity periodic pulsation and strong vortex flow characteristics, Put forward the adjustable plate gap and shunt door in the regulating valve and expansion section, The simulation results of improved pipeline model show that the maximum pressure of gas decreases by about 3-3.5 times, The vibration frequency decreases by about 1-fold, Can effectively stabilize the gas pressure and velocity pulsation, Reduce the pipe vibration level.
