Self-regulation is an individual's ability to accept and control themselves so that the goals they have set can be achieved. However, in reality there are still students who are unable to control themselves in fulfilling their needs and desires so that consumptive behavior among students is dominantly high. Consumptive behavior is a person's tendency to buy excessively and is based on desire. This research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive research type. The population in this research were students of the Guidance Counseling study program with a total of 470 students.
