What Motivates and What Demotivates Sermon Listeners?

The article presents the question of the so-called good sermon and surveys the subjective opinions of lay people on what they believe motivates and demotivates them to listen to sermons. The compilation of facts indicates that it is very good when a sermon moves from biblical pericopes to life.
