Expression Significance and Prognostic Value of GPR27 in Ovarian Cancer
GPR27 was up-regulated in ovarian cancer, compared with that of normal ovarian tissue, and was strongly correlated with survival outcomes and response to platinum-based therapy. GPR27 may serve as a reliable biomarker for platinum -based therapy in ovarian cancer patients.
