The results showed that the implementation of the One Health strategy at Cibinong General Hospital went well. Planning was done with a collaborative approach between the hospital, local government, and academics. The identification of problems faced included the high prevalence of zoonotic diseases and emerging infections, as well as the lack of understanding of medical personnel regarding the One Health concept, Strategic steps include the development of the BOGOR HADE application, as well as the preparation of regulations and socialization to the community and medical personnel. The implementation of these strategies has shown positive results, such as a 30% increase in service access and 85% patient satisfaction. However, challenges such as medical personnel's lack of understanding of One Health and resistance to digital technology remain. Continuous training for medical personnel is a solution to overcome these obstacles.
