A Construction Safety Management System is very much needed in construction projects. In implementing SMKK there are five important elements as guidelines for construction organizers, these five elements consist of Leadership and Workforce Participation in Construction Safety, Construction Safety Planning, Construction Safety Support, Construction Safety Operations, and Performance Evaluation of SMKK Implementation (PUPR, 2021). Analysis of the SMKK System in the Construction of the Storage Tank Project at the Integrated Terminal Teluk Kabung aims to identify and analyze the factors that influence the SMKK on the project. This research was conducted based on data obtained from questionnaires relating to the elements of SMKK. Then data testing was carried out which included validity and reliability tests using SPSS statistical data processing software. The results of the research show that the level of SMKK implementation in the Leadership and Workforce Participation element is 83.71%, the Construction Safety Planning element is 83.71%, the Construction Safety Support element is 83.67%, the Construction Safety Operations element is 89.38%, the Construction Safety Performance Evaluation was 84.62%. These five elements are classified as High category. Based on the Analysis of Respondent Achievement Levels (TCR) the higest element is Construction Safety Planning Element was 89.38% and the lowest element is Construction Safety Support Element was 83.67%.
