The contribution of the Anglo-American allies of the USSR to the victory over Nazi Germany

The paper examines the main issues of participation of the partners of the USSR – Britain and the United States – in the fi ght against Nazi Germany, estimates the allies’ contribution to the common allied victory. It highlights the major elements of the negotiation process and the coordination of efforts in the fight against the common enemy on the issues of the allied assistance – the second front and the supply of material assistance to the USSR under the Lend-Lease.
