Multi-Objective Balancing Method of Three-Phase Load Considering Phase Adjustment Feasibility and Dispersion Degree
Aiming at the phase adjustment feasibility and multi-objective coordination of three-phase load balancing in lowvoltage distribution networks, based on the spatial distribution of electric meters, a multi-objective balancing method of three-phase load considering phase adjustment feasibility and dispersion degree is proposed. Firstly, the distance between meters is calculated according to the meters' coordinates, and the phase adjustment direction is evaluated based on the distance between meters. Secondly, the multi-objective three-phase load balancing model is established, which considers the comprehensive threephase unbalance degree, the total amount of adjusted meters and the dispersion degree of adjusted meters coordinately in the objective function, and adds the phase adjustment feasibility constraint in the constraint conditions. Finally, the phase adjustment scheme is obtained by particle swarm optimization algorithm. Simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed method. This method ensures the feasibility of phase adjustment scheme, and is beneficial to the coordination of phase adjustment effect, total amount of work and implementation difficulty. In the scenario of single-phase branch power supply, phase adjustment feasibility evaluation can also significantly reduce the computational complexity. In the simulation, the threephase imbalance is decreased from 35.24% to 5.19%, and the scale of the solution space is decreased from 352 to 226. Using this method for manual phase adjustment is expected to overcome the problems that the existing method is not feasible and difficult to implement in the field.
