Research on the Influencing Factors and Educational Countermeasures of Mental Health Problems Among Students in Vocational Colleges
This study provides an in-depth analysis of the mental health challenges faced by vocational college students. Through rigorous questionnaire surveys and detailed field investigations, the specific manifestations, regional differences, and severity of students' mental health problems have been comprehensively sorted out. At the same time, starting from the four core dimensions of family, school, society, and individual students, a comprehensive exploration was conducted on the many factors that affect students' mental health. The study found that the variability and complexity of the family environment, the single mode of school education, the increasingly fierce social competition and the diversity of students' individual personality all have a significant and far-reaching impact on students' mental health. In response to these issues, this study has carefully designed a series of scientific, reasonable, and highly targeted educational strategies. We strongly recommend comprehensively strengthening the construction of the mental health education system to ensure that every student can receive systematic psychological counseling and support; Deepen the cooperation mechanism between families and schools, promote close communication and collaborative efforts between families and schools; Optimize the school education environment and create a warm and positive atmosphere for students' mental health development; At the same time, strengthen the social support network and enhance society' s understanding and recognition of vocational education.
