SMA PGRI 1 Mojokerto City is one of the senior secondary educational institutions under the auspices of the PGRI Foundation Mojokerto City. So far, this institution's school administration management is still paper-based or manual, using computers with simple Word and Excel applications only. So, administratively, data is scattered everywhere, cannot be collected on one device, and much of it is not well organized. The aim of community service carried out by lecturers at the Faculty of Economics, Mayjen Sungkono University, is to help institutions organize school data so that it is well integrated and easily accessible. The method used consists of three phases, including the preparation phase, implementation phase, and evaluation phase. The results of this community service are: (a) In the preparatory phase, observations and interviews were carried out to gather information about the problems faced by the Institution; (b) In the implementation phase, socialization and assistance were carried out to understand the importance of ICT and how to use it via the web at the Introduction to the School Environment (MPLS) event for new students in the academic year 2024-2025; and, (c) The evaluation phase would be carried out one week later by looking at administrative developments after socialization and mentoring. It is hoped that this community service activity can provide insights and opportunities that have the potential to improve the quality of education at SMA PGRI 1 Mojokerto City.
