The influence of pedagogical leadership in interactive learning on the development of creative abilities in primary school children

The aim of this research is to offer recommendations for optimizing the educational process, based on an analysis of theoretical approaches to interactive learning and the development of creative abilities in primary school children, while considering the role of pedagogical leadership within the student collective. The article examines approaches to defining the concepts of "creative abilities" and "interactive learning," analyzes key elements of pedagogical interaction between teacher and students, and investigates the main strategies of pedagogical leadership within the student collective, including cognitive scaffolding, emotional support, and the development of practical skills. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the systematization of existing approaches to defining the role of the teacher in interactive learning, and in identifying the mechanisms of influence of pedagogical leadership within the student collective on the development of creative abilities in primary school students. The results of the research identify key strategies of pedagogical leadership within the student collective that contribute to the activation of students' cognitive activity, the development of their creative thinking, and the formation of favorable conditions for the realization of creative potential.
