The works of L. Desyatnikov and V. Martynov as transmitters of traditional values

The aim of the proposed research is to demonstrate the direct connection between the works of L. Desyatnikov and V. Martynov, composers working within the paradigm of postmodernism, and the traditional value orientations of Russian artistic and musical culture of the 19th-20th centuries. The scientific novelty lies in identifying the value content of their significant works, which transmit and actualize these values for the contemporary listener. The study of a number of works by L. Desyatnikov and V. Martynov identifies their value component and reveals their continuity with the value content of Russian musical classics.
