Comparative studies on the effect of helium flow rate on DBD characteristics in the case of the gas inlet at different positions of a wedged gap

Abstract A wedged gap DBD reactor is established with two different sized exits. The comparative studies on the dependence of an atmospheric pressure DBD on helium flow rate are carried out when the gas inlet is placed at different exits.
