Los entornos BANI y la empleabilidad en la década del 2020

The objective of this article is to know the state of the art of the “BANI environment and employability”. The bibliographic review with descriptive level documentary analysis techniques has been used as a methodology. The study begins by characterizing the BANI environments of the current decade, to then establish the importance in employability, also determining the conceptual approach of both variables. It is concluded that the 2020 decade is characterized by its high fragility (Brittle), which generates anxiety, and there is no relationship between cause and consequence. Individuals must develop continuous improvement on their own initiative and adapt to be employable. The “BANI environment” is a characteristic of the present millennium; it requires people who adapt effectively to its development.
