Konsepsi Sistem Digital Order pada Unit Usaha Toko Primkopal Akademi Angkatan Laut guna Memenuhi Kebutuhan Taruna dan Anggota AAL

This research aims to explore and analyze the implementation of a digital ordering system in thePrimkopal shop business unit at the Naval Academy (AAL) with the main focus on increasingoperational effectiveness in the goods ordering process. The Primkopal store, as a provider of theneeds of cadets and AAL members, has problems related to the ordering process which is not yetoptimal and has not adopted digital technology to its full potential. Several research results show thatthe benefits of information technology, implementing a digital ordering system greatly increase thecompany's turnover. The results of this research show that the practical implications of implementinga digital ordering system for Primkopal AAL stores can optimize the transaction system in Primkopalstores, so it is recommended to optimize the operational effectiveness of Primkopal stores usingdigital technology.
