Pre-Commando Education Training called Pra Dikko Training is a program owned by the DefenseManagement Study Program of the Marine Sector Land Aspect of the Marine Department of theIndonesian Navy Academy discussing the Optimization of Pra Dikko Training to improve thereadiness of Marine Corps Cadets in implementing Dikko Practical Training (Lattek). During theimplementation of Pra Dikko Training from year to year, it has not been maximized due to the lackof supporting facilities and infrastructure for Pra Dikko Training. With this research, to find out whatthe shortcomings are so that the implementation of Pra Dikko Training that is carried out can beoptimized so that Marine Corps Cadets are entitled to the honorary award "Sangkur Perak Komando"and must be superior to Bintara and Tamtama students both in terms of mental, physical, and ability.In this case, the researcher used the qualitative descriptive research method. from the results of thisstudy it is recommended that there is a need to add material to Marine Corps Cadets, improve andmaintain facilities and infrastructure, and increase the effectiveness of training and carry out PraDikko training consistently from year to year. The researcher expects that the Conclusions andSuggestions from the research results can be input for the Defense Management institutions andstudy programs of the Marine Corps Department of the Land Aspect in optimizing the Pra DikkoExercise to improve the readiness of Marine Corps Cadets in facing Lattek Dikko.
