Design of high-current built-in switch single-phase intelligent electric energy meter
This paper analyzes the functional requirements, performance requirements, and appearance interface requirements of a single-phase electric energy meter with built-in high current switches. The structural design and hardware summary design are carried out. By assembling a built-in high current relay, a high current making and breaking capacity of 120Ais achieved. Its functions include electric energy metering, measurement and monitoring, event recording, clock battery, broadcast timing, rate and time period, stepped electricity level, freezing function, load recording, data storage, meter clearing, event clearing, display function, alarm function, signal output, communication requirements, safety protection, cost control function, power on/off requirements, power protection function, voltage monitoring, and software comparison and equivalence function. Finally, the prototype of the meter is completed, which verifies the rationality and progressiveness of the design.
