Research on Multi axis Fatigue Life Prediction of Coke Drum Based on Sign Correction Equivalent Strain Spectrum Driven by Data
This article proposes a solution based on an online fatigue damage monitoring system for the fatigue damage problem of high-temperature coke drums in petrochemical enterprises under complex working conditions. The system collects complex three-dimensional strain data at various positions of the coke drum in real-time, and converts the multi axis complex strain spectrum into a sign corrected equivalent strain spectrum by introducing a sign correction method. Combining the developed dual parameter four peak valley rain flow fast counting algorithm and linear cumulative fatigue damage model, the system can accurately calculate the fatigue cumulative damage of the coke drum. Furthermore, this study predicted the remaining life of high-risk areas in the coke drum, and significantly improved the prediction accuracy by using the method of sign correction and equivalent strain spectrum, solving the problem of multi axis fatigue theory in engineering applications. In addition, the developed online monitoring and remaining life prediction cloud platform has been successfully applied in petrochemical enterprises with good results, providing strong technical support for the reliability maintenance of enterprises.
