Discussion on the Periodic Inspection of Liquefied Petroleum Gas Spherical Tanks with Defects and Overdue Service
During the periodic inspection of overdue liquefied petroleum gas spherical tanks, it was found that there are substandard defects. If the liquefied petroleum gas spherical tanks are forced to be scrapped or shut down, it will bring a heavy economic burden to the enterprise. The treatment of defects can be combined with the loss mechanism of the spherical tank, the nature of the defects, and the historical data of periodic inspections to determine the nature of the defects and carry out fitness-for-service evaluation or repair, and comprehensively judge the safety condition level of the liquefied petroleum gas spherical tanks.
