Empowering Digital Social Governance Research Based on Big Data and Human Computer Interaction

In response to the increasing scale of data and the complexity of data sources, considering different aspects such as data storage, functional expansion, performance improvement, and artificial intelligence applications, combined with the big data Hadoop ecosystem and Spring Cloud system, a digital platform is constructed. For structured and unstructured data, different businesses correspond to different computing methods, adopting a hybrid deployment for on-demand storage, building a scalable storage system, and improving storage and query efficiency. The demand for system functional modules continues to increase, and application components are based on a distributed microservice architecture. Services utilize neutral and loose coupling characteristics, modular function expansion, and dynamic discovery management mechanisms to improve system flexibility and robustness. To ensure load balancing, cluster technology and heterogeneous cluster architecture are adopted to improve data performance. For intelligent auxiliary services, create a graph database application, utilize natural language processing technology, and combine knowledge graphs to carry out human-computer interaction functions. The platform provides intelligent applications, intelligent interactions, and intelligent decision-making, laying a data foundation for upgrading social data intelligence governance capabilities.
