Analysis of Construction Monitoring Data of Composite Structure Adapter Ring for Wind Turbines
The adapter ring connects the upper steel tower section and the lower concrete tower section in the steel-concrete hybrid structure tower of the wind turbine unit. Whether its bearing capacity meets the standard will directly affect the stability and safety of the entire wind turbine tower. Therefore, this article will take the actual engineering of a 160 m steel-concrete hybrid structure tower as the background, and evaluate the safety of the adapter ring by monitoring its strain data of key points after tensioning and pre-stressing in order to ensure the smooth progress of subsequent working conditions.
