Research on Key Technologies for Health Monitoring and Visual Warning of Special Equipment Involving Hazardous Chemicals
To enhance the safety management level of the special equipment industry involving hazardous chemicals, guided by the national concept of high-quality development, this paper studies the key technologies of special equipment health monitoring and image recognition for personnel action standardization management. For the health monitoring of special equipment, on-site monitoring equipment capable of real-time acquisition of nine types of monitoring parameters (including pressure, liquid level, thickness, temperature, acoustic emission signals, strain, vibration, inclination, and hazardous gas concentration) has been developed. The "heartbeat protocol" adopted between the LoRa wireless adapter and the field gateway, as well as the "spread spectrum + frequency hopping" technology, have been invented to improve data transmission stability and real-time performance, significantly reducing the amount of field wiring. The image recognition technology for personnel action standardization management, based on correctly identifying whether workers wear labor protection equipment, has developed a series of intelligent recognition algorithms for standardized personnel actions in critical work scenarios, such as atmosphere inspection before entering tanks during tank truck inspections, personnel staying in tanks beyond the time limit, on-site supervisors leaving their posts midway, and throwing objects from heights at work sites. The promotion and application of this technology have significantly improved the intrinsic safety level of the special equipment industry involving hazardous chemicals, demonstrating significant engineering application value.
