Research on Evaluation Model of Sensor Layout Scheme Based on Fuzzy Extended Matter Element
Sensor deployment is a decision-making process involving multiple levels, factors, and objectives, which plays a crucial role in health monitoring. The existing sensor layout mainly relies on numerical simulation, engineering experience, and relevant case comparisons, lacking systematic evaluation models and methods. To establish an evaluation model for sensor layout schemes, the seven important factors of sensor layout were first analyzed, and a hierarchical analysis model for evaluating sensor layout schemes was constructed; Secondly, the use of rounding up and down correction solved the problem of small differences in the characteristic values of evaluation indicators that cannot be distinguished; Then, a comprehensive weighting method with the minimum deviation was constructed to obtain the optimal sensor layout evaluation method system that is non subjective dominant and nonobjective dominant. Finally, taking a certain double girder gantry crane as an example, subjective weighting method, objective weighting method, and comprehensive weighting method were used to analyze and compare three sensor layout methods, namely genetic algorithm (GA), acoustic search algorithm (HS), and fusion algorithm. The results indicate that the comprehensive weighting method considers both subjective factors and the actual values between various evaluation indicators, which has guiding significance for engineering applications.
