Comprehensive Testing and Evaluation of Metal Structure of Bridge Grab Ship Unloader
Taking a bridge type grab ship unloader as the evaluation object, a visual inspection is first carried out on its metal structure, including macroscopic dimensions, corrosion of connection parts, arching and arching of the main beam, span deviation and track gauge deviation, track and foundation. Then, based on the problems found during visual inspection, thickness measurement and non-destructive testing will be carried out on specific parts. Finally, combined with the rated load test, the metal structure is subjected to stress-strain testing. Based on the above testing and evaluation methods, obtain the safety status of the metal mechanism of the crane and provide targeted rectification suggestions to the user unit to ensure the safe use of the crane.
